Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all commercial transactions involving products sold by the company SAS LPVJ on its website www.tweedchasse.com.

Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following terms refer to:

  • Online Store / Site: The website www.tweedchasse.com where Products are presented and sold.
  • Order: The sales contract concluded between SAS LPVJ and the Client.
  • Product Page: The information, descriptions, and visuals associated with a product for sale.
  • Products: All items and services offered for sale by SAS LPVJ.
  • Client: Any natural or legal person making a purchase on the site.

Article 1 - Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of goods offered by SAS LPVJ to the Client. These terms and conditions shall prevail over any other terms and conditions appearing in any other document, unless otherwise agreed in advance, expressly and in writing.

Article 2 - Acceptance of Terms

The Client acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions of sale at the time of placing the Order and expressly accepts them without reservation. These GTCS govern the contractual relationship between SAS LPVJ and its Client, with both parties accepting them without reservation.

Article 3 - Products

Most products offered by SAS LPVJ are available in stock. The essential characteristics of the products and their availability are presented on the site.

Article 4 - Order

Automated registration systems are considered proof of the nature, content, and date of the Order.

SAS LPVJ confirms acceptance of the order to the Client by sending a confirmation email to the address provided by the Client. The sale will only be concluded upon sending this confirmation.

SAS LPVJ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order from a client in case of insolvency, non-payment of the order concerned or a previous delivery, or a dispute related to the payment of a previous order.

The information provided by the Client when placing the order is binding. SAS LPVJ cannot be held responsible for errors made by the Client in the wording of the recipient's contact details (delivery address, invoicing) and for any delays or impossibilities of delivery that these errors may cause.

Article 5 - Delivery

After confirmation of the Order and subject to full payment of the price, SAS LPVJ undertakes to ship the ordered products to the indicated delivery address within 2 to 10 working days (depending on product availability and restocking from the United Kingdom). Progress tracking is communicated to the Client by e-mail or telephone if applicable.

All Products ordered on the site are intended for the personal use of the Clients or the named recipients.

Delivery is carried out by Colissimo (La Poste), either to the home or to a relay point.

Upon receipt of the Products, the Client is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the goods delivered. In case of anomaly or damaged/missing product, the Client must make all necessary reservations with the carrier upon delivery.

Article 6 - Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with legal provisions, the Client has a right of withdrawal. To offer a better experience, SAS LPVJ grants its clients:

  • A period of 60 days from receipt to make an exchange.
  • A period of 30 days from receipt to request a refund.

Products must be returned new, unworn, with their original tags, intact, and accompanied by all possible accessories to the following address:

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, SAS LPVJ will reimburse the totality of the sums paid for the returned items, with the exception of return shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the Client. Reimbursement will take place within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned item.

Article 7 - Price

Prices displayed on the site are in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). They do not include shipping costs, which are indicated during the final validation of the shopping cart. The invoiced price is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by SAS LPVJ.

Article 8 - Payment

The price of the products is payable in full on the day of the effective order. Payment is made securely via the payment methods offered on the site (credit card, etc.). The order is validated after agreement from the secure bank payment centers.

Article 9 - Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.

Article 10 - Liability

SAS LPVJ cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use or poor maintenance of the products sold.

In case of dispute or difficulty in applying this contract, the Client and SAS LPVJ will favor an amicable resolution before any legal action.

The provision of personal information collected in the context of distance selling is mandatory, as this data is necessary for the processing, delivery of orders, and the establishment of invoices.

In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, the Client has a right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning them, which they can exercise with SAS LPVJ by email at contact@tweedchasse.com. SAS LPVJ undertakes not to transmit its customers' contact details to third parties.
