Tweed and Tie Challenge

The 8th edition of the Tweed and Tie Challenge will take place on May 23, 2026!

Our name reflects the two pillars of our company: tweed and hunting. Tweed, an timeless symbol of outdoor elegance, and hunting, an ancestral way of life.

In 2018, we came up with the idea for an event embodying the TweedChasse spirit: a gathering where clay pigeon shooting and elegance would be combined for a day. We called this event the Tweed and Tie Challenge. The idea was to organize a friendly clay pigeon shooting competition where participants would be keen to dress in a chic, British style.

The Tweed and Tie Challenge quickly became a great success, attracting enthusiasts of clay pigeons, beautiful tweed waistcoats, and numerous partners seduced by the concept.

How does this day of elegance unfold?

It's very simple: teams compete on ten shooting lines, each with ten clays. After these 100 clays, a magnificent cup is awarded to the best team. But the competition is just an excuse! The main thing is to get together in tweed, ties (or even kilts for the most Scottish!), and share a warm moment together. That's the true spirit of the challenge!

In 2025, over 100 participants gathered at the Nemours shooting range, accompanied by some twenty prestigious partners: Laksen, Daniel Féau Immobilier, Armurerie Élysée, Armes Prestige, Ridgeline of New Zealand, Jours de Chasse, Le Chameau, Mauser, Chasses Éternelles, Blaser, Sauer & Sohn, Chrysalis, Croots, Shoot-off, La Garenne, Decorten, Alan Paine, among others.

You don't need to be a shooting champion to win a prize: prizes are awarded by drawing lots (in 2025, the first prize was a magnificent Browning rifle!).
