Cleaning your Dubarry boots

Remove mud, manure, and salt water with clean, cold water, using a brush to get rid of stubborn dirt.

Next, apply Dubarry Footwear Cleaner over the entire surface, including fabric areas, and brush vigorously until it foams.

Rinse well with clean water and leave to dry naturally for 24 hours before any further treatment.

Protect your boots

Spray Dubarry Footwear Protector over your entire footwear, applying several layers and allowing each layer to absorb before applying the next.

Applying Dubarry Footwear Protector restores the leather’s water-repellent properties.

It is best to perform this step outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.

Prolong

For footwear that is used extensively outdoors, we recommend using Dubarry Leather Cream. Please note that this cream should be used on smooth leathers only. DO NOT USE ON SUEDE OR NUBUCK. Apply sparingly using a soft cloth or brush, paying special attention to the flex area that bends when you walk.
