Cleaning your Dubarry Boots

Remove mud, manure, and saltwater with clean cold water using a brush to get rid of more stubborn dirt.

Then apply Dubarry Footwear Cleaner over the entire surface, including fabric parts, and brush vigorously until it lathers.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water and let dry naturally for 24 hours before any further treatment.

Protect your boots

Spray Dubarry Footwear Protector over your entire footwear, applying several coats, allowing each coat to absorb before applying the next.

Applying Dubarry Footwear Protector restores the leather's water-repellent properties.

It is best to carry out this step outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.

Extend their life

For footwear that is used frequently outdoors, we recommend using Dubarry leather cream. Please note, this cream should only be used on smooth leathers. DO NOT USE ON SUEDE OR NUBUCK. Apply sparingly with a soft cloth or brush, paying particular attention to the flex area that bends when you walk.
