How to take your measurements

• Chest circumference: measure at the widest point, under the armpits, without pulling the tape measure tight.
• Waist circumference: measure at the narrowest part of the waist, where the garment rests naturally.
• Neck circumference: for shirts, measure around the neck while keeping one finger between the tape and the skin.
• Head circumference: for caps and hats, measure around the forehead, keeping the tape level.

If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one for more comfort, especially if you are wearing a sweater or fleece underneath.
