Returns should be made by Colissimo to the following address, accompanied by a note specifying what I should do (exchange, credit note, refund which will be made by the same payment method as the items):

Returns at your expense, re-shipment at our expense.

DELIVERY RATES OF €6.90 (€4.90 for relay point) for FRANCE, €9.90 (€5.90 for relay point) for BELGIUM and €9.90 for the rest of Europe.

We are in France, so you will not have customs fees for European destinations.

No problem returning an item for an exchange (60 days) or a refund (30 days) if it complies with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale that you will find on the site.

Delivery will be made by Colissimo (La Poste), requiring a signature upon receipt. We have a good amount of stock, so generally delivery is fast (between 2 and 7 days). We strive to ensure that it is not possible to order an item that is out of stock with our suppliers and that you can only order items that are in stock or that we know we can get within two or three days.

Colissimo Home Delivery ? with signature

Once your parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered within an estimated 48 hours and requires a signature upon receipt. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left allowing you to choose a new delivery date online within 6 working days or to pick up your parcel from 3 pm the next day at the post office of your choice.
If you do not make a choice, you can then pick up your parcel at your local post office within 15 days.

NEW Colissimo Pickup Point

With Colissimo Pickup Point, you have several pickup options to choose from to retrieve your parcel

? At the Post Office, you can choose the establishment where you wish to have your parcel delivered (without prior home delivery of your invoice) from among the 9,000 post offices available throughout mainland France.
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered within an estimated 48 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by SMS and email. You can then come and pick it up within 10 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.

? at a Pickup relay point, you can choose one of the 7,500 local Pickup network merchants, near your home, workplace, or holiday location, where you wish to have your parcel delivered.
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered within an estimated 48 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by SMS and email. You can then come and pick it up within 10 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.

? at a Pickup Station locker, you can choose one of the 500 automatic pickup lockers to have your parcel delivered. Located on your route (train station, metro, car park, shopping centres?), they are accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (except for lockers subject to the opening hours of shopping malls and transport areas).
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered within an estimated 48 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by SMS and email. This will specify your pickup codes allowing you to collect your parcel within 3 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.
